Conference fees can be paid by phone or credit card.

AMEX payments attract a 3.75% surcharge.
All fees must be paid in full by Friday 11th October 2019.
Accommodation must be booked online when you register to be eligible for the conference rate and must be paid in full with your conference fee by 11th October 2019.
There will be no penalty for accommodation cancellations submitted in writing to email@example.com until 21 September 2019. Cancellations received after 21 September 2019 will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked. Failure to check in to the hotel once a reservation has been confirmed will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked.
If you register and are unable to attend, substitutions from the same company are encouraged. Details must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The registration fee covers the full conference program, lunch, morning and afternoon tea and Welcome Reception and Dinner Tickets.
To be eligible for the IMUN Financial Member rate, your organisation must be a paid up IMUN member for the 2018-19 financial year.
The purpose of our collection of your personal information is to process your conference registration and to market the IMUN Conference. You may make a request to gain access to your personal information that we have collected or to opt out of future communications by emailing email@example.com. We will not share your details with any of the sponsoring companies without your approval as part of the registration process.
