Payment Policy
Conference fees can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
All early bird fees must be paid in full by 31/07/2025
Accommodation
Accommodation must be booked online when you register to be eligible for the conference rate and must be paid in full with your conference fee.
Cancellations
There will be no penalty for accommodation cancellations submitted in writing to [email protected] until 31 August 2025. Cancellations received after 31 August 2025 will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked. Failure to check in to the hotel once a reservation has been confirmed will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked.
Substitution Policy
If you register and are unable to attend, substitutions from the same company are encouraged. Details must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Registration
The registration fee covers the full conference program, lunch, morning and afternoon tea on both days and the networking buffet dinner on Tuesday 23 September.
To be eligible for the IMUN 2025/26 Financial Member rate, your organisation must pay the membership fee of $500 as part of the conference booking process – this will give their organisation membership until the 31/03/2026.
Privacy
The purpose of our collection of your personal information is to process your conference registration and to promote the IMUN Conference. You may make a request to gain access to your personal information that we have collected or to opt out of future communications by emailing [email protected]. We will not share your details with any of the sponsoring companies without your approval which will be collected as part of the registration process.
